Conspiracy of thoughts

Eventually there is lots of thought when it comes to your mind this is inbuild with the numerous or you can say infinite structure of wires which can bring you to any place within fraction of seconds you do not have control on your thought while you are thinking of any random thing in your life it can bring you to anything.

So the question arises how to control this? can you?

Answer is very simple Nope you can not control your thoughts it is not possible but what instead you can do is you can have a habit or you can say a routine where you do only focus on certain task.

I will give you one example like whenever I wake up in the morning I drink one glass water it is my habit from last 5-7 years now I don’t even think why am I drinking it though it is good for health but it is part of my routine so if I do not drink it I feel like tired I can not go for next task.

It do not means that every habit takes that much long time according to study you can have a habit of doing thing if you continue it for 21 days straight without a miss.

So what went wrong while developing a habit?

Let’s have a one quick question for you take it as exercise?

What comes first into your mind while you want to develop habit? Think before going below

I am sure that majority of you thought about getting fit by exercising regularly or eating good food funny haa. It is a basic need of everyone. In Indian culture there is famous phrase which is used from ancient times-

‘’pahla kaam nirogi kaya

Dusra kaam ghar mai maya’’

Which means first work is having good or disease-free body and second work is having a good money.

That means even our ancestors were also concerned about health but generally people often forget it. sometimes I think how easy was the life earlier when we don’t have distraction of youtube or other internet things which your subconscious mind always wants to find out.

Before ending this article, I would like you to think about answer of some question by your self let’s find out which things works for you the best.

  1. Do you go to YouTube to see the recommendation video and then find lots of thought which keeps you busy for the day?
  2. Do you go to Facebook or Instagram or any other social media platforms frequently to check and while closing it you find yourself stressed because you want to browse more but you are bored as well of the content? Then you switch to other place?

Just try to find out the answer of the question by your thought and in my next article I will help you in training your subconscious mind.
